A wall-mounted ladder and cable system for standing, full-body functional work, building strength, control and mobility.
Chair
Compact and demanding: balance, stability and real functional strength.
Cadillac
The Trapeze Table for supported, precise work and deeper mobility, rare in reformer-only studios.
Matwork
The classical repertoire on the mat: core control and breath, the foundation the whole method is built on.
