The practical details

Female instructors

Every Ladies Only class on this page is taught by a female instructor, without exception.

A closed room

A sliding door separates the classroom from reception and stays closed for the whole class. The room is not overlooked from outside during the day, and a motorised curtain is drawn in the evening.

Changing and storage

There is a washroom to change in, lockers for your things and somewhere to hang your clothes. There is no separate changing room and no shower.

Before you book

When are the Ladies Only classes?
There are 8 a week on the August 2026 timetable, spread across every day, including a 12:00 PM slot at the weekend. The full list with times and instructors is on this page, and the live timetable on the Schedule page is always the one to book from.
Are they priced differently from other classes?
No. They sit in the regular group timetable, so the same Group Class passes apply, from AED 165 for a single class down to AED 130 a class on a 24x pass. If you are new, the 3-class trial at AED 300 works for these classes too.
Do I need any experience?
Not for most of them. The Ladies Only slots run at Beginner Level and All Levels as well as sessions that combine beginner work with prenatal, so there is usually one that suits a first timer. Classes are capped at five, so you are coached rather than left to follow the room.
Are Ladies Only classes taught by female instructors?
Yes, every one of them. That is the case for all the Ladies Only slots on this page, not just some of them.
How private is the studio during these classes?
The classroom is separated from reception by a sliding door that stays closed for the whole class. From outside, the classroom is not overlooked during the day, and in the evening we draw a motorised curtain so it cannot be seen into. The only other person in the studio is the front desk.
Is there a changing room or a shower?
There is no separate changing room and no shower, so it is worth knowing that before you plan your day. There is a washroom you can change in, lockers for your things, and somewhere to hang your clothes.
