Trials

The Group Class Trial (3 sessions) is valid for 2 weeks from purchase. The Duet Class Trial (1 shared session) is valid for 2 weeks from purchase. Trial packages are limited to one per person.

Memberships & packs

The Monthly Commitment Package includes 11 Group Equipment sessions per month (13 in your first calendar month) and carries a minimum commitment of 3 consecutive months. Class packs (Group, Duet, Teen and Private) activate on purchase and are valid for the period shown at checkout (from 7 days for a Single Pass up to 6 months for a 24x Pass). Packages are not transferable to other people, and all prices are per person unless stated otherwise.

Cancelling or changing a booking

We need at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booked class or appointment. If you cancel or change with less than 12 hours' notice, you'll be billed for that session, even if you rebook another class within the same week. Please cancel or reschedule in the Glofox app in good time to avoid this.

Late cancellations and no-shows

A late cancellation results in one class credit being deducted. To avoid losing that credit, you can rebook another class on the same day, subject to availability. Failing to attend a booked class without cancelling also results in one class credit being deducted.

Late arrival

For your safety, we can't let you join a class if you arrive more than 10 minutes after its start time, as the warm-up is an essential part of every session. Please plan to arrive with time to spare.

Grip socks

Grip (anti-slip) socks are required for all classes, for your safety and hygiene on the equipment; bare feet and regular socks are not permitted. Grip socks are also available to buy in-studio for AED 65.

Mobile phones

Please keep mobile phones on silent during class, so everyone can stay focused and safe.

Transfers and refunds

Packages are non-refundable and generally non-transferable. In exceptional circumstances, such as relocation or a critical medical reason, management may approve a transfer to someone else. For any question about a specific booking or package, contact the studio using the details below.

If we need to cancel a class

On the rare occasion the studio needs to cancel or reschedule a class (for example due to instructor illness or circumstances beyond our control), we'll notify you as early as possible and offer a replacement session or credit, so you won't lose the class.

Waiver and health disclosure

At your first visit, you'll complete a Waiver of Liability and Informed Consent Release, confirming you understand the risks of Pilates and studio activities and that you're fit to take part. If your health changes, or if you become pregnant, please tell us straight away, with a physician's note, so we can keep your sessions safe. For Teen Group Classes, a parent or legal guardian completes and signs this waiver on the minor's behalf. See also the health and participation terms in our Terms of Use.
