The terms for using this website and booking classes.
Using this site
This website provides information about Pilates Academy Arjan and lets you enquire and book classes. Bookings and payments are handled through our booking provider (Glofox) and are subject to their terms and our studio policies.
Prices
All prices are shown in AED and include 5% VAT where applicable. Offers may be time-limited and are subject to availability.
Class & studio policies
By booking you agree to arrive on time, follow instructor guidance and our studio rules, and to our cancellation policy (see Refunds & Cancellations).
Health & participation
Pilates and other physical exercise carry an inherent risk of injury. By booking a class you confirm that you are medically fit to participate, and we recommend consulting a doctor before starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or managing a medical condition. Please tell your instructor about any relevant condition before class so they can adapt exercises for you. Participation is at your own risk to the fullest extent permitted by UAE law.
Age requirement
Our classes and apparatus are generally intended for adults. Teen Group Classes (ages 12 to 18) are available as a separate programme, booked and waived by a parent or legal guardian. For any other class type, or to book on behalf of a younger child, please contact the studio directly beforehand so we can confirm suitability and any guardian requirements.
Intellectual property
The Pilates Academy Arjan name and logo are used under licence from the Pilates Academy® brand owner. All other text, images and design on this site belong to Atelier Core Body Building Club L.L.C or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
