Before you book

What's included in the trial?

Three classes to use across 2 weeks so you can try different apparatus and instructors before committing.

How much is it?

The 3-class Group trial is AED 300, inclusive of 5% VAT, to use across 2 weeks. There's also a Duet trial (1 shared session, AED 150 per person, valid 2 weeks) if you'd rather bring a friend or partner.

What should I bring?

Just grip socks and water, we'll guide you through everything else. Grip socks are also available to buy in-studio for AED 65. There is a washroom you can change in, lockers for your things and somewhere to hang your clothes, but no separate changing room and no shower, so it is worth knowing that before you plan your day. Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class.

How do I book my times?

After you claim the trial you'll book your class times in our scheduling app; the front desk confirms every booking.
