Booking questions

Before you book

How far in advance should I book a class?

As soon as you know which slot you want. Five places per class is the point of training here, and it also means the popular times go first, so a slot left until the morning of may not still be there. Booking early does not lock you in: move the booking in the Glofox app up to 12 hours before it starts and you keep the credit.

What happens if the class I want is already full?

Every class has two waitlist places. If someone cancels, the first person on the waitlist is booked in automatically, so keep an eye on your booking and your email notifications. If you are booked in that way and cannot make it, cancel the booking and tell the front desk so the next person on the list can take the spot. If you neither cancel nor tell us and do not turn up, a class credit is deducted.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 10 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Class times sit within those hours, so the live timetable above is the place to check what is actually running on the day you want.
