Who we are

This website is operated by Atelier Core Body Building Club L.L.C (trading as Pilates Academy Arjan), Building 88, Shop 05, Al Barsha South Third (Arjan), Dubai, UAE, the data controller.

What we collect and why

When you submit an enquiry we collect only the details you provide (your name, phone/WhatsApp number and any message) to respond to your enquiry and manage your classes. We also collect standard website-analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type) and session-replay data describing how you interact with the page (see below). We do not sell or rent your personal data.

How your enquiry reaches us

Our enquiry forms open WhatsApp so your message is sent directly to the studio. We keep your details only as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal obligations; analytics data is retained according to each provider's standard retention period (typically 2 months to 14 months) before automatic deletion.

Cookies, analytics & advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (via Google Tag Manager) to measure our website and advertising, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site through anonymised session recordings and heatmaps. These run from your first visit to the site. You can control, block or delete these cookies at any time in your browser settings, including browser-level tracking protection. Embedded content (our Facebook feed and the Google Map) loads only when you choose to open it. These providers (Google, Microsoft, Meta) may process data on servers outside the UAE; each maintains its own international data-transfer safeguards.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and control cookies at any time via your browser settings.
