Is Pilates good for beginners?
Yes. Classes are capped at five, so instructors guide first-timers individually. The 3-class trial is the easiest way to start.
Do I need to be flexible or fit to start?
No. Pilates meets you where you are and progresses with you, building strength, mobility and control over time.
How often should I practise?
Most members train two to three times a week to feel steady progress, but even once a week helps you build and keep the habit.
