The rules that cost money

What happens if I miss a class I have booked?
Cancel or reschedule in the Glofox app at least 12 hours before the start time and the credit stays yours. Inside 12 hours you are billed for that session, and the same applies if you do not turn up. There is one way back: rebook another class on the same day, subject to availability, and you keep the credit. Rebooking later in the week does not save it.
What happens when the 3-month commitment ends?
It ends there. The Monthly Commitment Package runs for three months and then stops, so nothing rolls on by itself once the term is up, and if you want to carry on you buy it again and a fresh three-month cycle starts. During the term the monthly payment is taken from your card automatically, and because it is a commitment plan it is not paused or cancelled part way through. If something changes and you need to freeze it, talk to us.
When do my classes expire, and when does the clock start?
The clock starts the day you buy, not the day of your first class. Class packs activate on purchase and each one carries its own window, shown in the Valid for column above, from 7 days on a Single Pass up to 6 months on a 24x Pass. The 3-class trial runs for 2 weeks from purchase.
What if I arrive late?
We cannot let you join more than 10 minutes after the start time, because the warm-up is an essential part of every session and it is not safe to skip it. Arriving 10 minutes early means this never affects you.
Can someone else use my remaining classes?
Passes are personal and every price here is per person, so normally they cannot be handed on. In exceptional circumstances, such as relocation or a critical medical reason, management may approve a transfer, so ask us rather than assume. If the plan is simply to train alongside someone, book a Duet instead: AED 150 per person for the Duet trial, AED 200 per person for a single session, down to AED 165 per person on a 24x Pass.
Are packages refundable?
No. All sales are final and packages are non-refundable. The only route the policy allows is a transfer, in exceptional circumstances and at management's discretion. That is the argument for starting on the AED 300 trial rather than a 3-month commitment: three classes across 2 weeks tell you whether this is your studio before the larger money is committed.
Do I need to buy anything else?
Grip socks, and nothing else. They are required on the equipment for safety and hygiene, so bare feet and ordinary socks are not permitted, and we sell them in studio for AED 65 if you forget yours. Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Fuse Ladder and mats are all provided, and every group price on this page buys the full apparatus, not a reformer-only room.
