Before your first visit

Where do I park, and does it cost anything?
Parking costs you nothing. Give the front desk your plate number as soon as you have parked and we cover your RTA parking fee for the duration of your class. Give yourself a few extra minutes to find a bay, because we cannot let you join a class more than 10 minutes after it starts, as the warm-up is an essential part of every session.
How do I find Building 88, Shop 05?
Search the Plus Code 366R+67 rather than the building name, because it drops a pin on our unit rather than on the block. The short video on this page shows the drive in from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. If you end up circling, call or WhatsApp +971 56 216 8166 and the front desk will talk you in.
How quickly will someone reply on WhatsApp?
WhatsApp is watched through the day, in the evenings and at weekends, and most messages are answered within minutes. If the team is teaching or with someone in the studio there can be a short wait. Late at night you get an automatic reply with a booking link so you can go ahead there and then, and a person picks the conversation up in the morning.
How long is the drive from Dubai Hills, JVC or Motor City?
Al Barsha South is closest, about 5 minutes via Street 43 (roughly 3 km). Motor City is about 5 to 10 minutes via Arjan Exit Road (roughly 4.5 km), and Dubai Sports City about 5 to 10 minutes via Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (roughly 7 km). JVC is about 12 to 17 minutes via Hessa Street (roughly 10 km), JVT about 12 to 17 minutes via Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (roughly 13 km), and Dubai Hills about 15 to 20 minutes via Umm Suqeim Street (roughly 10 km). All of these depend on traffic.
